Annie Rogers is the pen name we have chosen for our husband and wife writing team. The adventure is our saga set in the lush Caribbean. The first novel, A Dream Across Time, is about two island families, intertwined through the generations. Our books are steeped in the mysteries of the Caribbean because of our intimate acquaintance with the region. Beyond the exotic and exciting setting of St. Lucia, we wanted to create believable characters. We hope some of them will inspire you as they confront life's inevitable problems.
Some of our characters dare to dream. And with dreams come risks - some foolhardy, some calculated. We ask our readers to wonder, "Where will you be, if you dream?"
We wanted to ponder the question, What is the price of love? Love can lead to fulfillment or hurt. If risks are avoided, a path remains unexplored.
And we wanted to let Jamie, our heroine, develop her talents. All of us have some talent - no matter how modest. Our talents can become a touchstone of our lives, nurturing us and others. We ask our readers to consider, "Who will you be, if you dream?"
